Walk into any of The Mercantile's 10 (soon to be 11 and counting) locations and you'll notice the difference right away. You're greeted with a smile. Our staff is likely to know your name and your favorite brands. Our employees take the motto “Sharing Values with Neighbors” seriously. When you come into The Mercantile, you're not a customer—you're a neighbor.

The Mercantile, unlike other Farm and Ranch stores, doesn't stock the exact same thing in every store. Our managers tailor their product selection to meet the needs of the customers in their geographic area. Every location has literally hundreds of years of combined experience in farming and ranching and home improvement, and most are cross-trained to be especially effective and helpful.

Customer service isn't a term The Mercantile takes lightly. Store Managers will special order products they don't normally stock, and will gladly transfer products between other stores to get you what you need in a hurry. They can even place a special order directly with the manufacturer to speed delivery. Customer service is an action, and you can be assured we'll be in action helping you.
